225g of spaghetti
4 cloves of garlic
Half a cup of chopped fresh parsley
Pinch of black pepper
2 Tbsp of olive oil
4 Tbsp of butter
4 Tbsp of grated Parmesan
1 tsp of salt
1.Put water to a boil. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook until tender.When cooked drain it and set it aside.
2.Zest the lemon and chop the parsley and combine it with the Parmesan, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Add the olive oil and minced garlic to the pot used to cook the pasta. Mix the garlic in the oil over low heat until it becomes aromatized and soft. Dont let it turn brown.
4.Add the drained pasta and butter to the pot with the garlic. Mix the pasta until the butter has melted and the pasta is coated in garlic and butter.
5.Add the parsley Parmesan mixture to the pot and mix again. Squeeze 1 Tbsp of the lemon juice over the pasta and season with salt .Mix to combine and adjust the salt, pepper, or Parmesan to your liking.
