At Geo Diet, we believe you should be able to undertake the Triceps Kickback Dumbbell Exercise without the need for expensive gym equipment. Of course, if you have all the gear then use it. If not here are is a method to undertake the Triceps Kickback using nothing but a sack of rice.

Triceps Kickback
- Put your knee and hand on the edge of a bench or a table. The other foot should be placed on the ground.
- Hold a rice bag of suitable weight with the other hand. The palm should be facing the body and the upper arm should be parallel to your body.
- Raise the rice bag with backward movement of your lower arm until the elbow is fully extended.
- Gradually lower the weight back to its initial position.
- Your upper arm should not move during the span of the exercise.
