Incline Biceps Bench Curl
- Sit down on a chair with a foam roller between your back and back support of the chair such that your body is inclined at an angle of 45 degrees to the ground. Feet should touch the ground.
- Hold two rice bags of equal weight one in each hand such that finger nails face each other.
- Raise both bags by bending the elbow until both bags are at level with the shoulders, gradually lower them back after few seconds.
- Avoid jerk movement of your upper body to lift the weights.
