1 cup dried fruit (apricots, raisins, cranberries, cherries)
Mix oats, almonds, and sunflower seeds. Pour into a baking tray and place in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius, leave for about 15 minutes and stir occasionally.
Put butter, honey, vanilla and salt in a pan, and turn on the stove on medium heat. Remove from the heat when the sugar has melted and pour over the flakes. Mix the mixture well and add the dried fruit.
Pour the mass on a larger baking tray, spread it evenly on the bottom of the pan. Since the mass is sticky, to make it easier to distribute, wet your hands a little and then “tread” it well with your palms.
Place in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius, about 35 minutes or until golden brown. When it’s baked, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool well for 2-3 hours, and then cut it into tiles or cubes.
