I am Max Atlas, founder and primary contributor to GeoDiet.com. Welcome to my journey towards both physical and mental well-being, where we will explore staying in shape while rapidly approaching forty.

Throughout my years, I’ve tried countless diets, none of which have resulted in lasting success; I have been thin, fat, thin again and fat again. However, this journey with the Geo Diet will hopefully be the last one I ever need, as it’s about whole life wellness and not just watching what you put in your mouth.

The Geo Diet is a lifestyle, a down-to-earth and realistic approach towards personal and mental fitness. Together, we will explore how to get the most out of life, lose weight, and gain muscle, all while leaving the smallest possible imprint on our precious Mother Earth. “Going Geo” is about getting back in touch with our primal instincts, the need for physical fitness and mental strength, about being proud of looking after ourselves and each other, and, of course, looking good while doing it.

My promise to you is honesty and integrity. You will be able to track my progress, my ups and downs, the challenges I face, and the achievements I make. This blog is not about getting “shredded”–it’s about getting fit, healthy, and being comfortable in your own skin.

  1. I won’t preach to you. You are your own person and should decide what’s right for you.
  2. I will tell you if I fail and/or fall prey to weakness. Every journey comes with its challenges and setbacks, so it would be unrealistic to only divulge the triumphs.
  3. I will commit to giving the Geo Diet and Geo Lifestyle the best chance of success. 
  4. I will show you my journey towards well-being, and in doing so, illuminate a path for you to fulfil the same journey.

With exercise, relaxation, and good, clean living, I plan to take you on a journey with me towards a life of fulfilment and mental preparedness. By the end, life’s curveballs will be things we can easily smash out of the park.

Humanity has never had it so good, but as a people, we are collectively letting ourselves and our planet down. So come on! Let’s all work towards finding ourselves through, diet, exercise, and a whole lot of fun.
